Shipping & Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

ORDER SHIPMENT

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.  Total transit time is usually 12-25 days. We will send you tracking information when your order is leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@wallinginlove.com and we will process a refund should your product be damaged and unusable.

RETURN POLICY 

All sales are final. There are no returns on products. You may receive a full refund in the unlikely event that you do not receive your product, or if it is damaged.
